Candy AI Shorts Tokens and Premium, Explained
12 tokens an episode, 30 with a star, 100 tokens a month with Premium. We turn Candy's price list into what it really costs to finish a series.
Candy prices its Shorts in tokens, not in dollars, which makes it surprisingly hard to know what a series costs. This chapter does the arithmetic: the price of each episode, the cost of finishing a series, what Premium’s monthly tokens cover and which plan suits a Shorts viewer. Prices for the plans are read from Candy automatically and dated, so they are never older than our last check.
What one episode costs
In Candy’s series window every episode after the free ones carries a token price. Across the open catalog there are only two prices:
The 30-token series are the ones whose lead is a licensed twin of a real adult creator, such as Riley Reid or Mia Malkova. Spicy series are a separate case: Candy does not show their prices to visitors who are not signed in, so we do not quote them.
What it costs to finish a series
Most open series have five episodes, two of them free. That leaves three to pay for:
- standard series: 3 × 12 = 36 tokens;
- star series: 3 × 30 = 90 tokens.
The longer series change the picture. These are the ones where the bill adds up, worked out from Candy’s own episode counts and prices:

What Premium’s 100 tokens buy
Candy’s help center says paid users receive 100 tokens a month; an annual plan is paid in one go, yet the tokens still land month by month.1 In Shorts, 100 tokens become:
- 8 standard episodes (96 tokens, 4 left over), roughly two complete five-episode series and part of a third; or
- 3 star episodes (90 tokens, 10 left over), one complete five-episode star series.
Unused tokens do not vanish if you cancel: Candy says the balance stays on your account and becomes usable again whenever you are Premium.2
Premium plans and today’s prices
These are the three Premium plans as Candy showed them on our last check. The monthly price of the longer plans is what you pay per month on average; the amount is charged up front.

What Premium adds, paraphrasing the six benefits on Candy’s subscriptions page:

Candy’s help center also describes a higher tier, Premium Plus, with 330 tokens a month.3 It was not on the subscriptions page when we last checked, so we do not price it.

Which plan, for a Shorts viewer?
Common token mistakes
- Starting a long series on a whim. Check the episode count first: 35 episodes at 12 tokens is a very different commitment from five.
- Forgetting the star premium. A star series costs two and a half times more per episode.
- Assuming Premium includes Shorts. It includes tokens, which you then spend on episodes.
- Buying a year for a sale. A discount is only a saving if you would have used the months anyway.
